Welcome to Alluhwi Comics! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile applications (collectively "Platform"), offered by Alluhwi Comics.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Platform. By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with all of the Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Use of Platform

• You may only use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use, or legitimate business purposes related to Alluhwi Comics.
• Creators may upload original comic book content they have legal rights to distribute on Alluhwi Comics.
• Any content created in part or in whole using AI Image Generation tools must be identified as such prior to upload, and will be labeled accordingly on the Platform.
• Subscribers may download and view content on the Platform by paying the required subscription fees.
• You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content. Alluhwi Comics reserves the right to moderate and remove content at its discretion.
• Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to access the Platform by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may only use the Platform under supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide true and accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must immediately notify Alluhwi Comics of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Alluhwi Comics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse or abuse of the Platform.

Billing and Payments

• All fees for subscription plans must be paid in advance. We accept payment via credit card and other methods.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly. Plans automatically renew unless canceled in your account dashboard before renewal.
• No refunds are offered for partial subscription periods. Contact us for any billing inquiries.

Intellectual Property

• All content uploaded remains the property of the original creator. Alluhwi Comics does not claim ownership rights.
• You agree not to upload any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. Alluhwi Comics will promptly remove any reported infringing content.
• User comments and feedback may be used by Alluhwi Comics for promotional purposes.

Disclaimers

• Alluhwi Comics provides this Platform on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Platform. Certain technical issues may be beyond our control.
• Alluhwi Comics is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use of the Platform, including loss of data or content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes related to these Terms must be handled exclusively in courts located in Barbados.

Changes to Terms

Alluhwi Comics may modify these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notifications. Your continued use indicates agreement to the updated Terms.
